causey's cake!

this was for causey's 1st birthday. the top layer was her dig in cake - it's on a separate board and harper (her mom) was able to take that layer off for her to play in!!!

i did this cake for a shower we had for a friend getting married. the initials are hers and his - heather and tyler avery!

Wedding Cake

below is a cake i made for a wedding reception. the couple married at the beach and had a reception at their home after getting back. i had not seen her flowers, but her mom said that they were orange and purple. when we got to their house, she ran to get her album and the flowers i put on the cake matched her bouquet perfectly!!!

Dora Cakes

i have done the dora cakes in 1 layer or 2 layer. the 2 layer picture does not have the figures on it because it would not fit in the box if it did!! it ended up looking just like the 1 layer, though - at least the top part did!

this cake was done for a friend's child. she had a fancy-schmancy tea party and wanted something simple and elegant. i think it is precious!
